The ABCs of Healthy Children promotes healthy habits and provides basic necessities to children in our community. The Little Black Dress Initiative (LBDI) is a poverty awareness fundraising campaign. The poverty rate in South Carolina is 22.9%. Junior League of Columbia will use LBDI to raise awareness and funds for children and families in the Midlands who are affected by poverty.
We provide our members with a wide range of training and development programs, such as leadership and organizational development, community needs assessment, strategic planning, communications, advocacy and fundraising.
The Junior League of Columbia is supported through individual contributions, corporate sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
