Join the Junior League of Columbia Saturday, March 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Segra Park (formerly Spirit Communications Park) for the second annual Healthy Kids Fun Fair. Healthy Kids Fun Fair is a FREE community event, guaranteed to leave a smile on every child’s face.

The event kicks off with a Fun Run beginning at 9:30 a.m. for elementary aged children and younger. Cross the finish line and begin to enjoy the Healthy Kids Fun Fair, designed specifically with Midlands families in mind. Register for the fun run at strictlyrunning.com via the event calendar.

This FREE event features exciting activities to learn about healthy eating, exercise and healthy lifestyles. Attendees will engage with community partners and all children will receive a complimentary lunch voucher for participating.

Don’t worry parents, this event is for you, too! Learn tips on how to encourage healthy choices while children have a blast visiting the 60 plus booths to include entertainment, mascots, hands on demonstrations and community service vehicles.

Clinical screenings for children will also be provided FREE of charge by area healthcare practitioners.

The Junior League of Columbia is excited to host the Healthy Kids Fun Fair as a part of the organization’s efforts to strengthen the health and well-being of children and families in the Midlands.
