The Junior League of Columbia is seeking a qualified commercial real estate appraisal firm.

The Junior League of Columbia invites qualified firms to submit proposals for an independent appraisal of the organization’s headquarters property located at 2926 Devine Street, Columbia, SC 29205.

The appraisal will support the JLC’s strategic financial and real estate planning, including evaluation of the potential retention or future sale of the headquarters property.

The Junior League of Columbia has a long history of service and leadership in the Columbia community. The selected firm will work with JLC leadership to provide objective, professional insight that will help inform thoughtful decisions regarding the organization’s headquarters and long-term real estate strategy.

We are seeking a firm with:

• Experience appraising similar commercial properties
• Strong knowledge of the Columbia-area real estate market
• Current state certification or licensing
• MAI designation preferred, if applicable
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong commercial appraisal references

Proposal Deadline: September 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Questions Due: September 7, 2026
Target Completion: October 30, 2026
