Roy Lynch Park Groundbreaking Ceremony: As part of the JLC's 90th anniversary celebration, the League is giving the gift of service to the community and revitalizing Roy Lynch Park in Columbia.
Healthy and Happy Kids: Each year, the JLC host an event at an elementary school for parents, students, and staff where families are fed a healthy meal and participate in hands-on activities.
Organizational Development Institute: In an effort to develop members' leadership potential, the JLC provides training opportunities related to effective community leadership and personal development.
Community Partners: Last year, the JLC partnered with nine Richland School District One schools and twenty diverse nonprofit organizations and social service agencies throughout the Midlands.

Community Assistance Funds. Each year, the JLC designates a portion of its budget to help address the short-term critical needs of not-for-profit organizations. For more information, see the Community Assistance Funds Application.
Community Enrichment Grant Program. Organizations with projects that are related to the JLC's mission and focus area are encouraged to apply for a grant of $5,000 or more. For more information, see the Community Enrichment Grant Program RFP. (Deadline September 15, 2014)
